Waterloo Card Club Rummy Tournament

All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if the event is entirely cancelled or postponed, or under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion and prior approval of the event organizers. If a refund is issued, it covers the ticket price only. The service fee is not returned.

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following: • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time shown, and each ticket admits the number of people stated on it. • Please have your ticket QR code ready at the door. Entry may be refused if a code has already been scanned. • The organizer may refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave, for disruptive or unsafe behaviour — no refund is given in that case. • The programme, running order, and timings may change. Any change to the date, time, or venue will be emailed to ticket holders. • Photography and video may be taken at this event and used to promote future events. Tell a volunteer at the door if you would prefer not to appear. • Guests attend at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
