🎟 Ticket Purchase Policy – Agape 2025: Shaan Rahman Live in Concert

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Agape 2025 – Shaan Rahman Live in Concert! By attending, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Date, Time & Entry

📅 Date: May 11th 2025
⏰ Time: Event begins at 6:30 PM and ends at 10:00 PM
       | Doors open at 6:00 PM
🚪 Entry: Please arrive early to allow time for security checks and seating.
⏳ Late Arrivals: Entry may be restricted until a suitable break in the program.

2. Ticket Proof & Entry

🎫 A valid ticket (printed or digital) is required for entry.
❌ No Ticket, No Entry – Please ensure you have your ticket before arriving at the venue.

3. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

🔹 All ticket sales are final.
🔹 No refunds or exchanges, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
🔹 If the event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions for refund or exchange requests.

4. Seating Allocation

🪑 Online ticket seats are assigned within the allocated area designated by the organizers on the day of the event.
⏳ Seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis within the assigned section.

• Entry is free for kids under 3 who sit with parents, without an extra seat.
• If a separate seat is needed, an additional ticket must be purchased.

5. Lost or Stolen Tickets

⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
🔹 If you lose your ticket, please contact our support team immediately, and we will assist where possible.

6. Event Guidelines & Conduct

✅ Attendees must follow event rules and security instructions.
✅ Respect staff, artists, and fellow guests.
❌ Disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in removal without a refund.

7. Photography & Recording

📸 Personal photography is allowed.
🚫 Professional equipment (video cameras, tripods, drones) is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved.

8. Alcohol Policy

🚫 No alcohol is allowed inside or outside the venue.
🚫 Alcohol will not be available for purchase or consumption during the event.
