📌 General Agreement:
By purchasing a ticket, attending the event, or engaging with our content, you agree to NYX Society’s Terms & Conditions. These apply alongside any venue or third-party policies.

🔞 Age Restriction:
• This event is strictly 19+.
• Government-issued photo ID must be shown at entry.
• Entry will be denied without valid ID – no refunds will be issued for non-compliance.

🎟️ Ticketing Policy:
• Tickets are sold exclusively via Kilikood.ca – their terms also apply.
• 🚫 All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
• ❌ No ticket transfers or name changes allowed.
• ⚠️ Reselling tickets at a mark up or for unauthorized promotions is prohibited.

📅 Event Changes & Cancellations:
• NYX Society reserves the right to change event date, venue, schedule, or line up without prior notice.
• Events may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, health, venue issues).
• If cancelled, ticket holders will be notified via Kilikood.

🏢 Venue Rules & Conduct:
• Hosted at Kalahari Lounge and Club, Saskatoon.
• Venue staff and NYX Society reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for intoxication, harassment, or unsafe behaviour.
• Security checks may be conducted.
• There is no dress code, but respectful attire is encouraged.

📸 Photography & Media Consent:
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in event media for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, inform a staff member or photographer.

⚖️ Liability Disclaimer:
• Attendance is at your own risk.
• NYX Society is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage during the event.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

🍸 Alcohol & Substance Policy:
• Alcohol is regulated by the venue.
• The possession, sale, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Violators may be removed or reported to authorities.

• This event’s ticketing is processed through the Kilikood.ca Box Office.
• Kilikood is not the organizer or sponsor of this event.
• All tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
