⚠️ Important Notice

By attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all rules and policies outlined below.
T.O.M.A_ Club, its members, volunteers, partners, and venue representatives shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, legal issues, or damages that may occur during the event.
All attendees are solely responsible for their actions, behaviour, and personal belongings.

✅ Rules of Conduct

1. 🚭 Smoking & Vaping
   Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the venue. A designated smoking area will be available outside.

2. 🍺 Alcohol Policy
   The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

3. 🚫 Drugs & Controlled Substances
   The use or possession of illegal or recreational drugs, cannabis, or misused prescriptions is not allowed. Offenders may be removed and reported to authorities.

4. 🤝 Respectful Conduct
   Attendees must maintain respectful, responsible, and family-friendly behaviour.
   Harassment, threats, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate expulsion and possible legal consequences.

5. 🔊 Noise & Public Disturbance
   Please be mindful of noise levels especially in common and outdoor areas. All music and announcements will be handled by the organizing team.

6. 🧹 Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
   Use waste bins provided. Report any spills, hazards, or damages to volunteers immediately.

7. 👨‍👩‍👧 Child & Minor Supervision
   Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
   T.O.M.A_ Club is not responsible for child supervision during the event.

8. 🏛️ Venue Rules & Local Laws
   All attendees must comply with venue regulations and local laws, including municipal codes under the City of Timmins and the Province of Ontario.

By entering the venue or participating in any event activity, you agree to the following:

• Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

• You waive the right to hold T.O.M.A_ Club legally or financially responsible for personal injury, medical issues, theft, lost items, property damage, or any form of liability

• You understand failure to follow event rules may lead to removal without refund.

• You agree to behave responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You accept that T.O.M.A_ Club is not responsible for accidents or incidents resulting from your own actions or negligence.

• 📝 Physical sign-in sheet at entry, or

• 🎫 Event ticket/pass with waiver printed
