Saskatoon Malayalee Association proudly presents AARAVAM 2026 – Onam Celebration, a vibrant celebration of Kerala’s rich culture, traditions, and community spirit.
Join us with your family and friends for a wonderful day filled with the colours, flavours, music, traditions, and joyful spirit of Kerala.
From the delicious Onam Sadhya and exciting cultural programs to traditional Vadamvali, family activities, and an energetic DJ finale, AARAVAM 2026 promises something for everyone.

📋 Terms & Conditions – SMA AARAVAM 2026
By purchasing a ticket or attending SMA AARAVAM 2026, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:
🎟️ Ticketing
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Each attendee must present a valid ticket, either digital or printed, for entry.
🚪 Event Admission
Saskatoon Malayalee Association reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the event’s Code of Conduct.
📸 Photography & Media
Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to your image or likeness being captured and used by Saskatoon Malayalee Association for future promotional, communication, and marketing purposes without compensation.
🍽️ Food & Allergies
The Onam Sadhya, snacks, beverages, and other food items served at the event may contain common allergens. SMA cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for making appropriate choices.
🎯 Competitions & Activities
Participation in Vadamvali, children’s activities, competitions, and other event activities may be subject to specific rules communicated by SMA. Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by event organizers and volunteers. Where applicable, judges’ decisions will be final.
👨👩👧 Children & Supervision
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety, supervision, and behaviour of children attending the event. Children participating in activities or competitions must follow the instructions provided by event organizers and volunteers.
🌦️ Weather
The event will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise communicated by SMA. Any changes due to severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control will be communicated through SMA’s official communication channels.
⚠️ Liability & Compliance
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. SMA, its volunteers, sponsors, organizers, and venue partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where required by applicable law.
All attendees are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of the Brian King Centre, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
🤝 Code of Conduct
Saskatoon Malayalee Association is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, intimidation, or any conduct that negatively affects the safety or experience of others will not be tolerated.
🔄 Event Changes
Saskatoon Malayalee Association reserves the right to modify the event schedule, programs, performances, activities, entertainment, venue layout, food arrangements, or other event details when necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated through SMA’s official communication channels.
📌 General
By attending AARAVAM 2026, attendees agree to follow the instructions of SMA organizers, volunteers, event coordinators, and venue staff to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable celebration for everyone.
SMA members can get $10 off each ticket by entering the email ID they used for their SMA Membership purchase in the Discount Code box and click apply at checkout page.

📜Kilikood Terms and Conditions:
### 1. Our Role
Kilikood.ca and events.kilikood.ca operate as an intermediary agent. We provide the platform for you to find and purchase tickets, but we do not host, own, or manage the events.
### 2. The Seller of Record
The Event Organizer is the seller. They are responsible for the event’s execution, safety, and compliance with all laws. Your purchase creates a contract directly between you and the Organizer.
### 3. Pricing and Taxes
Organizers set all ticket prices and event-specific terms. The Organizer handles any applicable taxes (such as GST/HST) on the ticket price. Kilikood only collects taxes on its specific service fees.
### 4. Payment Processing
Kilikood.ca processes your payment on behalf of the Organizer. We retain a booking fee for our service and transfer the ticket proceeds to the Organizer.
### 5. Refunds and Cancellations
The Organizer determines the refund and cancellation policy. If an event is postponed or canceled, you must follow the Organizer’s specific rules and procedures for compensation.
### 6. Limitation of Liability
Kilikood.ca is not liable for event cancellations, schedule changes, or the quality of the event. You must direct all claims, disputes, or complaints regarding the event to the Organizer.
### 7. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that Kilikood.ca acts only as an agent. You agree that your transaction and the event delivery are the sole responsibility of the Organizer.
