• Premium & General: No assigned seating. First come, first served within your ticket category.
• Kids up to 5 years: Free entry (no separate seat provided).
• All attendees must stay within their designated ticket category.
❌ Category jumping is strictly prohibited.

🎟️ WRISTBAND POLICY

• A coloured wristband will be issued at entry- based on your ticket category.
• Entry permitted only with the correct wristband.
• Please wear your wristband at all times during the event.

💳 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

🔒 SECURITY MEASURES

• No alcohol allowed inside the venue.
• Snacks/Food will be available in the lobby, but not permitted inside the concert hall.
