🚪 Entry Opens: Arrive early to secure your preferred seat within your ticket category.

🪑 Seating Policy:

✔ Seats are NOT assigned – Seating is first come, first served within each ticket category.
❌ No seats allocated for kids.
🚫 Attendees must remain within their designated ticket category – Crossing into other categories is strictly prohibited.

🎟️ Wristband Policy:

🔹 A colored wristband will be issued at the entry gate, based on your ticket category.
🚪 Entry to the hall is ONLY permitted with the correct wristband.
⚠️ Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event for access.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges:

🚫 All ticket sales are final.
🔄 No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

📜 Entry Requirements & Venue Rules:

✔ Tickets (printed or digital) must be presented at the gate for entry.
🚫 Alcohol and harmful objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
