Ticket Purchase Policy
Show and Entry Timing:
The show starts at 6:00 PM, and gates open at 4:30 PM.
Please arrive early to secure your preferred seat within your ticket category.
Seating Policy:
Tickets do not include assigned seats. Seating is first come, first serve within your ticket category.
Attendees must remain within their designated ticket category. Crossing into other categories is strictly prohibited.
Wristband Policy:
A colored wristband will be issued at the entry gate for each ticket category.
Entry to the hall is only permitted with the correct wristband. Ensure you wear your wristband at all times during the event.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Entry Requirements:
Tickets must be presented at the gate for entry, either digitally or as a printed copy.
