📜 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all attendees participating in events organized by NYX Society in Saskatoon, SK. By purchasing a ticket through Kilikood or entering HungerCure Restro Bar, you agree to the following:

1. Admission & Entry

• Entry requires a valid ticket purchased exclusively through Kilikood, our official ticketing partner.

• Attendees must present a digital or printed ticket and valid government-issued ID.

• HungerCure Restro Bar staff and NYX Society organizers reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason aligned with safety or compliance.

• Re-entry may be limited based on venue policy.

2. Age Restrictions

• Events hosted at HungerCure Restro Bar are typically 19+, in accordance with Saskatchewan liquor regulations.

• Individuals found misrepresenting their age will be removed without refund.

3. Conduct & Behaviour

• All attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, security, and fellow guests.

• Harassment, discrimination, violence, or unsafe behaviour will lead to removal.

• NYX Society and HungerCure management may eject anyone causing disruptions, without refund.

4. Health & Safety

• Security checks may include bag inspection and ID verification.

• Prohibited items (weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances, etc.) will be confiscated, and entry may be denied.

• Attendees assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the event.

5. Alcohol & Substance Policy

• Alcohol will be served only to guests aged 19+.

• Over-intoxication may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited within HungerCure Restro Bar.

6. Tickets, Refunds & Transfers

• All ticket sales processed through Kilikood are final.

• Refunds will only be issued if NYX Society cancels the event.

• Ticket transfers or resales must follow Kilikood’s platform policies.

• If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

7. Photography, Videography & Media Consent

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by NYX Society for promotional or archival purposes.

• While we will accommodate requests when possible, complete exclusion from event media cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability Waiver

NYX Society, Kilikood, HungerCure Restro Bar, and associated partners are not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Loss or theft of belongings

• Property damagE

• Attendees participate at their own risk.

9. Event Modifications

• NYX Society may modify the event schedule, lineup, or venue if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Any significant changes will be communicated via official NYX Society and Kilikood channels.

10. Compliance With Local Laws

• All events follow Saskatoon municipal regulations and Saskatchewan provincial policies regarding safety, alcohol, and public conduct.

• Attendees must comply with all venue and provincial requirements.

11. Right to Refuse Service

• NYX Society, Kilikood, and HungerCure Restro Bar reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms & Conditions without refund.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a ticket through Kilikood and attending the event at HungerCure Restro Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• Tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE
