Halloween Red Carpet Night – Terms and Conditions

1. Event Overview:
The “Exclusive Halloween Red Carpet Night” is organized by After Hours by The Hempire and held at Malang Entertainment Lounge, 918 Dundas Street E, Mississauga, on October 19th, 2024.
Doors open at 8:00 PM, and the event ends at 2:00 AM.

2. Costume Contest:
– All attendees are encouraged to participate in the Costume Contest.
– Contest timings: 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
– Participants will be judged on creativity, originality, and effort.

– Prizes:
First Prize: $500
Second Prize: $250
Third Prize: $100
The judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

3. Eligibility:
– This event is strictly 19+. Attendees must provide a valid photo ID at the entrance.
– Participation in the costume contest is open to all attendees.

4. Dress Code:
– Costumes must be appropriate for a public event. Attendees wearing offensive, indecent, or inappropriate costumes may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises.
– No real or replica weapons, sharp objects, or hazardous items are allowed as part of costumes.

5. Event Conduct:
– All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and performers.
– The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the venue for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
– By attending, you agree to comply with all security measures and instructions from event staff.

6. Photography & Media:
– There will be media coverage and photography at the event. By attending, you agree to potentially being photographed or filmed, and your images may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers or media partners (such as Kilikood.ca and Madras Entertainment).

7. Liability:
– The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.
– Attendees are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing throughout the event.

8. Ticketing & Entry:
– This event may have limited capacity. It is recommended to arrive early to ensure entry.

9. Alcohol Policy:
– Alcoholic beverages will be available at the venue for purchase.
– Attendees are required to drink responsibly. Any individual appearing intoxicated or causing disturbances will be escorted out of the venue.

11. Parking and Transportation:
-Parking is available at the venue but may be limited. Attendees are encouraged to use public transportation or ride-sharing services.

12. Prohibited Items:
-The following items are prohibited: weapons (real or fake), illegal substances, outside food and drinks, or any hazardous materials.

13. Event Changes or Cancellations:
-In case of event changes or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
