Terms & Conditions – HMA Onamelam 2026
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to the following:
Ticketing: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Each attendee must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
Event Admission: HMA reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Photography & Media: Photography and videography will take place during the event. By attending, you consent to your image or likeness being used by Halton Malayalees Association for future promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Food & Allergies: The Onasadya and other food items may contain common allergens. HMA cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Competitions: Participation in the Payasa Malsaram and Onam Art Competition is subject to competition-specific rules, which will be shared separately. Judges’ decisions are final.
Weather: The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by HMA. Any changes due to severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control will be communicated through HMA’s official channels.
Liability & Compliance: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Children must always remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian. HMA, its volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are expected to comply with all venue rules and applicable laws and regulations.
Code of Conduct: HMA is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or any conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others will not be tolerated.
Event Changes: HMA reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program, entertainment, venue layout, or other event details without prior notice, if necessary.
