Terms and Conditions

🎟️ Ticket Purchase

• By purchasing a ticket for the event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided under applicable laws.

🔞 Age Restriction

• The event is open only to individuals 19 years of age or older.

• A valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.

🤝 Code of Conduct

• All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.

• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, violence, or intoxication, will result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

🛡️ Entry & Security

• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to valid safety or security concerns.

• Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at the entrance to ensure the safety of all attendees.

⚠️ Health & Safety

• Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.

• Organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses.

• 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco/controlled substances is prohibited within the premises.

📸 Photography & Recording

• Photography and recording of any kind, including but not limited to professional cameras, video cameras, and mobile devices, are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organizers.

• The organizers may capture photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes.

• Message us on Instagram @ignite_xperience if you want to remove any pictures with valid reason.

🎶 Event Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to the DJ lineup, schedule, and venue, without prior notice.

• In case of cancellation, refunds/alternatives will be provided as per applicable laws.

⚖️ Liability

• Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

• The organizers, their staff, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including without limitation, personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place.
